The network marketing industry enables us to meet and work with a vast amount of people. It’s easy to lose each other in the shuffle and see teammates as just blank faces. However, everybody knows that this business is built on relationships.

In network marketing, you’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Rookies have the ability to literally call people with more experience to do the talking. Most people would rather hear from the man from out of town with the briefcase than their own family. If you lose your voice, you can simply text a colleague and have them talk to the prospects who call you. To put it simply, it pays to know who you’re working with.

There are several more perks of building relationships with your business team:

  • You’ll have more people to 3-way with
  • You can make new friends
  • People on your team will be more likely to want to work with you
  • Group work will be more fun
  • People will have more mentors to latch onto
  • The team can learn new marketing strategies from one another
  • It’ll be less awkward to ask for 3-ways, presentations, etc.

Everybody knows that communication is the key to relationships. This article will show you four great ways to get your team to communicate with one another, whether in person, by phone, or by computer. After all, many of us have colleagues in different states and even countries.
