There’s an old saying that when you start a question with “who,” “what,” “when,” “where,” “why,” and “how,” you provide the other person more room to answer. Therefore, you will learn more about your prospect.
Whereas if you open with “Have you ever…?” or “Would you…?” most people will simply answer “yes” or “no.” Ask “How do you feel about…?” instead, and see what happens!
