Much has been said about the power of the subconscious mind. Basically, your subconscious beliefs are what shape your life. Whatever you believe to be true will show up in your reality.
For instance, we’ve all heard that the harder we work, the more money we earn. You may know lots of people who regularly dispel this saying. Good people, always on time, hours of hard labor, passionate about their company, and yet, they’re always broke. In many cases, it is simply a matter of negative subconscious beliefs.
Maybe they grew up thinking rich people are thieves, so they unintentionally made a habit of spending money unwisely to ensure they don’t become one of those “greedy rich folks.” Maybe past experiences have led to trust issues, so they repel good customers with their belief that people are bad. Which also attracts customers who strengthen that belief. Maybe they were abused as kids, and feel as though they are undeserving or unworthy of success. Any number of things can lead to mental blocks powerful enough to crush the results of your physical work.
Fortunately, it’s never too late to undo the damage and reprogram your mind for success. One of the best ways to do this is through subliminal messages. Everybody knows that media likes to include subliminal messages in their broadcasts. Did you know that you can use their techniques to send positive messages to your mind?
There are subliminal audio programs for practically any topic you can think of. There’s confidence, happiness, anger management, overcoming bad habits, loving yourself, forgiveness, and more. Some of it is in the form of affirmations being stated quietly over calming music. Some are purely binaural beats. Some are almost silent, save for affirmations said in very low, distorted or sped-up voices. You can meditate while listening or sleep to the audio.
YouTube has an endless supply of subliminal audio. Some videos go as far as flash affirmations on your screen. When I go to bed, I play the audio straight from my YouTube Music app to my headphones. It’s as simple as searching for a playlist, putting it on repeat, and going to bed. Just make sure you’re charging your phone!
I just found out that this is also an awesome thing to do while working out. If you’re like most people, you always keep your headphones on when you’re in the gym. Instead of jammin’ out to Lil’ Wayne, why not play some weight loss or fitness audio while you’re there?
Since 2011, I’ve been listening to subliminal audio in my sleep almost every night to this day (night, whatever). Anyone who has known me for a while knows that I’m a lot more confident, talkative, and happy than what they’re used to. I believe it is mostly due to all the audio I listen to. If you’re looking for the scientific proof of the power of subliminal audio, here’s a source.
There is a catch: you won’t just wake up in the morning and suddenly be a superstar entrepreneur. You still have to get to work! The point of this technique is to remove mental blocks that cause you to sabotage yourself, and replace them with positive counterparts. Those blocks could be lack of confidence in talking to the right people, feelings of unworthiness causing your team to avoid you and your complaints, and so on..
Make a nice day!
